For tour operators, travel agents, hotels and guides

Your partner on the ground in Uganda

We are a small, family-run Uganda team. We plan and run group trips across the country every month, and we are now opening our doors to travel partners who want a careful, honest local team.

Where we are today

Ready for partners, honest about our size

Most of our guests today are Ugandan companies and schools, foreign residents living and working in Uganda, and groups of friends, on day trips, weekend getaways and team retreats. That is where we learned our trade: moving groups of 10 to 30 people safely, on time and on budget, on Uganda's roads.

Now we want to welcome more international guests through trusted partners. We are not a big company and we will not pretend to be one. What you get is a team that answers its own phone, visits the places it sells, and treats every booking as if our name depends on it. Because it does.

For tour operators and agents

• Tour operators get net rates. Travel agents and sellers earn 10% commission.
• A 30% deposit confirms the booking.
• Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are paid in full when we book them, because the Uganda Wildlife Authority only holds paid permits.
• The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days ahead are paid in full.
• Pay by bank transfer to Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) Uganda, or by card through Pesapal. The sender pays bank charges.

For hotels, lodges and guides

• We pay a deposit before our guests arrive.
• We pay the balance when our guests arrive at your property.
• Guides and community hosts are paid on the date we agree for each trip.
• Everything we book with you is confirmed in writing.

    Questions partners ask

    Straight answers

Have you worked with international partners before?

Not yet as a formal partner network. Most of our guests so far are Ugandan companies and groups, and we have hosted some international travellers directly. We are building partnerships carefully, one at a time, so that every partner gets our full attention.

Do you offer net rates or commission?

Yes. Tour operators get net rates and set their own selling price. Travel agents and sellers earn 10% commission on every confirmed booking.

    What are your payment terms?

A 30% deposit confirms a booking. Gorilla and chimp permits are paid in full when booked. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Pay by bank transfer to DTB Uganda or by card through Pesapal; the sender pays bank charges.

    Are you IATA accredited?

We are registered with IATA TIDS (Travel Industry Designator Service) under code 96134905. This is an IATA seller code that lets partners identify and pay us. It is not full IATA accreditation, and we do not issue airline tickets.

What languages do your guides speak?

Our guides speak English. For other languages we work with trusted translator guides, and can arrange most languages if we agree it with you before the trip.

    Can you book gorilla permits?

Yes. We book Uganda Wildlife Authority permits for Bwindi and Mgahinga. Since 1 March 2026, permits are only held once paid in full, so we suggest booking 3 to 6 months ahead for busy months.

    Do you own your vehicles?

No. We hire from car hire companies we trust, so we can match the vehicle to the group size, and we check each vehicle before the trip.

Can you work under our name?

Yes. We can put your company name on guest documents, and our guides will introduce themselves as your local team.

We run a hotel. How do you choose places to work with?

We visit first. We look at cleanliness, safety, food, service and value for our kind of guests, then agree trade rates and payment in writing.

Can you bring visitors to our village or attraction?

Yes, if it is safe and the community agrees. Tell us what visitors can see and do, and we will plan a test visit with you first.

    Prefer to talk first?

Message Douglas on WhatsApp, or email [email protected].
