Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is part of our Terms of Service (“Legal Terms”) and should be read together with them: https://twoservants.com/terms-and-conditions/. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, please do not use our Services. If you keep using our Services, you accept these Legal Terms.

Please read this Policy carefully. It applies to all:

uses of our Services (as defined in the Legal Terms)
forms, materials, consent tools, comments, posts and all other content available on the Services (“Content”)
material that you contribute to the Services, including any upload, post, review, disclosure, rating, comment, chat and so on, in any forum, chat room, review section or other interactive service linked to the Services (“Contribution”)

Who we are

We are Two Servants Tours and Safaris Ltd, doing business as Two Servants (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Uganda (registration number 80020001593213), with our office at Banga-Nakiwogo, P.O. Box 653, Entebbe, Uganda. We operate the website https://twoservants.com (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (together, the “Services”).

Use of the Services

When you use the Services, you promise that you will follow this Policy and all applicable laws.

You also agree that you may not:

Systematically collect data or other content from the Services to create or build, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without our written permission.
Make any unauthorised use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means to send unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
Get around, disable or otherwise interfere with security features of the Services, including features that prevent or limit the use or copying of any Content, or that enforce limits on the use of the Services and/or the Content.
Frame or link to the Services without permission.
Trick, defraud or mislead us or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
Misuse our Services, including our support services, or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
Use the Services in any automated way, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Interfere with, disrupt or create an unfair burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
Try to pretend to be another user or person, or use another user’s username.
Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse or harm another person.
Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us, or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any money-making activity or business.
Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software that makes up the Services or any part of them, except as clearly allowed by law.
Try to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or limit access to the Services, or any part of them.
Harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any of our employees or agents who provide any part of the Services to you.
Delete the copyright or other ownership notice from any Content.
Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to PHP, HTML, JavaScript or other code.
Upload or send (or try to upload or send) viruses, Trojan horses or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repeated text), that interferes with anyone’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services, or changes, damages, disrupts, alters or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation or maintenance of the Services.
Upload or send (or try to upload or send) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission tool, including clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies or other similar devices (sometimes called “spyware”, “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).
Except as a result of normal search engine or internet browser use, use, launch, develop or distribute any automated system, including any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper or offline reader that accesses the Services, or use or launch any unauthorised script or other software.
Insult, damage the reputation of, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
Use the Services in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.

Contributions

In this Policy, “Contribution” means:

any data, information, software, text, code, music, scripts, sound, graphics, photos, videos, tags, messages, interactive features or other materials that you post, share, upload, submit or otherwise provide in any way on or through the Services; or
any other content, materials or data you provide to Two Servants Tours and Safaris Ltd or use with the Services.

Some areas of the Services may allow users to upload, send or post Contributions. We may, but do not have to, review or moderate Contributions made on the Services, and we clearly exclude our liability for any loss or damage caused by any user’s breach of this Policy. Please report any Contribution that you believe breaks this Policy. We will decide, in our sole judgement, whether a Contribution breaks this Policy.

You promise that:

you are the creator and owner of your Contributions, or you have the licences, rights, consents, releases and permissions needed to use them and to allow us, the Services and other users of the Services to use them in any way allowed by the Services and this Policy;
all your Contributions follow applicable laws and are original and true (if they represent your opinion or facts);
creating, sharing, sending, publicly displaying or performing, and accessing, downloading or copying your Contributions does not and will not infringe the ownership rights of any third party, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or moral rights; and
you have the checkable consent, release and/or permission of every identifiable person in your Contributions to use their name or image, so that your Contributions can be included and used in any way allowed by the Services and this Policy.

You also agree that you will not post, send or upload any Contribution (or any part of one) that:

breaks applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contracts, this Policy, our Legal Terms or a legal duty, or that promotes or helps fraud or illegal activities;
is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, insulting, intimidating, bullying, abusive or threatening to any person or group;
is false, inaccurate or misleading;
includes child sexual abuse material, or breaks any law on child pornography or otherwise meant to protect minors;
contains any material that asks for personal information from anyone under 18, or exploits people under 18 in a sexual or violent way;
promotes violence, calls for the violent overthrow of any government, or encourages or threatens physical harm against another person;
is obscene, lewd, indecent, violent, harassing, libellous or slanderous, contains sexually explicit material, or is otherwise unacceptable (as decided by us);
discriminates based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
bullies, intimidates, humiliates or insults any person;
promotes, helps or assists anyone in promoting or helping acts of terrorism;
infringes, or helps anyone infringe, a third party’s intellectual property rights or publicity or privacy rights;
is deceitful, gives a false picture of your identity or connection with any person, and/or misleads anyone about your relationship with us, or suggests that the Contribution was made by someone other than you;
contains unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings or other forms of paid solicitation, whether paid with money or in kind; or
gives a false picture of your identity or who the Contribution is from.

Reviews and ratings

When your Contribution is a review or rating, you also agree that:

you have first-hand experience of the tour and travel services you are reviewing;
your Contribution is true to your experience;
you are not connected to competitors if posting negative reviews (or connected in any way, for example as the owner or seller, to a product or service if posting positive reviews);
you will not make or offer any conclusions about whether conduct is legal;
you will not post any false or misleading statements; and
you will not organise a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.

Reporting a breach of this Policy

We may, but do not have to, review or moderate Contributions made on the Services, and we clearly exclude our liability for any loss or damage caused by any user’s breach of this Policy.

If you believe that any Service, Content or Contribution:

We will reasonably decide whether a Service, Content or Contribution breaks this Policy.

Consequences of breaking this Policy

The consequences for breaking this Policy depend on how serious the breach is and the user’s history on the Services. For example:

In some cases we may give you a warning and/or remove the Contribution that breaks the Policy. However, if your breach is serious, or if you keep breaking our Legal Terms and this Policy, we may suspend or end your access to and use of our Services and, where it applies, disable your account. We may also tell law enforcement or take legal action against you when we believe there is a real risk to a person or a threat to public safety.

We exclude our liability for any action we may take in response to any of your breaches of this Policy.

Complaints and removal of legitimate content

If you believe that some Content or a Contribution has been removed or blocked from the Services by mistake, please use the contact details at the bottom of this document and we will quickly review our decision. The Content or Contribution may stay removed while we review it.

Disclaimer

Two Servants Tours and Safaris Ltd does not have to monitor users’ activities, and we accept no responsibility for any user’s misuse of the Services. Two Servants Tours and Safaris Ltd has no responsibility for any user or other Content or Contribution created, kept, stored, sent or available on or through the Services, and does not have to monitor or edit such material. If Two Servants Tours and Safaris Ltd becomes aware that any Content or Contribution breaks this Policy, we may, as well as removing it and blocking your account, report the breach to the police or the right regulatory authority. Unless this Policy says otherwise, Two Servants Tours and Safaris Ltd has no duty to any person who has not entered into an agreement with Two Servants Tours and Safaris Ltd for the use of the Services.
