Good to know before you go

Price and booking

The price shown, UGX 120,000 per person, is the rate for East African citizens. Foreign residents and visitors from abroad pay different rates; ask us and we will send yours.

To book your place, pay the booking fee of UGX 50,000 per person. Pay with MTN Mobile Money (merchant code 575709) or Airtel Money (merchant code 4395402); both accounts are in the name of Two Servants Tours and Safaris. Pay the balance any time before pickup.

Children under 2 travel free. Children aged 2 to 11 pay 70% of the adult price. From 12 years, the adult price applies.

Pickup

Pickup is at Oryx Fuel Station, Lugogo (Forest Mall), Kampala. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Private groups can choose their own pickup point.

Group size

Open group trips run with at least 10 travellers. Solo travellers are very welcome; most groups are a mix of friends and new faces. If a date does not reach 10 people, we move you to another date or refund you in full.

Cancellation

If you cancel 48 hours or more before the trip, we refund 80% of what you paid. If you cancel later, or on the day, there is no refund. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Photos

Our photographer shares the trip photos with the group through Google Drive. We may use some photos on our website and social media; if you would rather not appear, just tell us before the trip.

Who can shoot

The range sets its own rules on age and identification. Please carry a valid ID.
